Q: How many albums can I setup?
A:  You can have as many albums as you desire.  Please note that will the number of albums available are unlimited, the disk space used to store the photos uploaded will count towards your total disk space.


Q: How many photos can I upload?
A: You can have as many photos in each album as you desire.  Please note that will the number of photos per album available is unlimited, the disk space used to store the photos uploaded will count towards your total disk space.

Q: How do I upload photos?
A: You can upload pictures using your web browser by clicking "upload photos" or you can upload multiple pictures at once by using an FTP client.  
Click "upload photos" and check the information provided under "Using FTP".  If you use an FTP client to publish your photos, you will need to click "refresh photos" to display your pictures.
 

Q: How can I customize my album?
A: You can use the html editor in the optimizer section to add the keywords to your index page Meta tags.
 

Q: How can I access my album?
A: The URL/web address for each album appears both in the albums area of the application as well as the manage photos area.  Once an album has been published, the link to the album is also auto displayed.
 

Q: How do I publish my album?
A: To publish your photo album, click the "publish album" button.
 

Q: How can I protect my album, so only family and friends can see my pictures?
A: If you wish to protect your album, the recommended steps are to password protect the entire album directory by using the Website Security application.  If this application is currently unavailable to you, please contact the sales dept.

Q: How do I edit my photos?
A. There is no photo editing services currently available through the photo album application.  Any photos uploaded will be displayed exactly as they appear.

 
Q: What photo format is supported?
A: The only photo formats currently supported are GIF, JPG, PNG. 


Q:  I've uploaded my pictures, but they're not showing up in the album?
A: If you use an FTP client to publish your photos, you will need to click "refresh photos" to display your pictures.

Q: How do I delete photos?
A: In order to delete photos you no longer wish to be part of an album, simply access the Photo Album that the photo exists in.  Click on “Upload + Manage Photos” and select “Delete Photo” to remove the photo.

 
Q: I accidentally deleted a photo, how do I restore it?
A: To restore a deleted picture, you must upload it again. See uploading photos for additional information.
